My complaint:
Went over to purchase a rib of Beef which was advertised on special on the shelf with a lower price displayed for sizes. 1- 1.6kg. Went to the checkout to claim my discount. Was told it was not possible despite the price still been advertised at the lower price. Called the general manager who accused me of been aggressive . He refused to budge and insisted I pay the higher price. He showed no concillation to the fact that right was on my side. Very unprofessional . I will submit a photo to prove I was correct. Hope we sort this properly , yours sincerely Joe Connell.
Suggested solution:
I just want a full apology over how I was treated and an acknowledgement that I was correct.
