My complaint:
Hi, I previously contacted you stating that I had been incorrectly charged since ‘March’ for your ‘Bubbly Milk’ chocolate. I also advised you at the time in the store that Lidles was ‘clearly’ advertising the chocolate priced 99p. 3 weeks later it is still being advertised at 99p. How many other products are you misleading the public with?
Suggested solution:
Correct the pricing refund me for being over charged again.
