My complaint:
I bought the sander IAN 321205_1901 and it contained 1 piece of sanding paper. I have since spent days trying to buy replacement sheets. I spoke to customer service, a very unhelpful man who eventually gave me a site Parkside sanding sheet. I have spent more than 1 hour looking for it without success, the reference he gave me was non existent. How can you sell a product that can only be used once? I am a loyal customer of Lidl but now I am extremely annoyed.
Suggested solution:
The replacement sheets should be available on your site or at least the information as to where they can be purchased
