My complaint:

bought 2 packages of bulbs that were on special buy of 2nd one is 50% off the clerk said it has to be matching numbers??? When I complained he ignored my concern. At another store I bought 2 different bulbs and had no problem with the 50% off!!!!!!!!! Why was this a problem?

Hire people who understand and try to help a shopper
