My complaint:
I went today at 07:00 to your above mentioned shop and purhased a number of towels. At the payment point I was informed that the computer system supporting the sales was not updated with the relevant codes so as to facilitate payments. Me as well as a number of customers were requested to come after an hour or so because the system would not allow the payments. It is not the first time that the LIDL service is below expectations.
Suggested solution:
You should take management measures so as to make sure that the services are offered as promised by you, i.e. at high standarts.
