Lidl complaint: Rude cashier at checout

My complaint:

I had a voucher with Lidl card for buy 4 for 3 muffins. By mistake, I thought it was valid for general bakery items and asked the cashier why the voucher did not apply. She looked miserable and had a very bad attitude. She was clearly annoyed and when I said I could get another 2 muffins, so I could use the voucher. She said no and that I needed to go back and then threw the bakery items under the till. A friend, who was a few people behind me in the queue, heard the same cashier making derogatory comments about me on the the radio to her colleagues. I am clearly not happy about the way I have been treated.

Suggested solution:

For the cashier to apologise, for staff to receive training on customer service skills.
