My complaint:

This is my second complaint regarding this issue, I first complained on 08/09/23 and was told I would get a reply in a few days and I’ve heard nothing. Twice this has happened. When items have a red label on the price above the item , and are reduced in this store. When I’ve got home and looked at my receipt I have been charged full price. So reduced prices are not getting through to check out. The first time I didn’t say anything but the second time this is obviously a regular occurrence. And if I had not requested my receipt I would not have known. I want to know what you are going to do about it, or I stop shopping with you. The bananas were reduced and there were only two packs left in the box, so I bought them at what I thought was the reduced price.

Suggested solution:

Well it would be a start if they reply to complaints. Then to make sure when products are reduced in store they show up at the till. Offer a refund.
