My complaint:
At the Washington Tyne and Wear Peel shopping centre. There is a very very rude employee called Dean. He was throwing the bread trays around on the shelves. I asked him politely where the red hen chicken wings had been moved to. As they had always been in one place and for the past month I’ve not been able to find them. He very unhelpfully grunted ‘in the freezer.’ Well you wouldn’t have to be a rocket scientist to work that out. I was asking where they were in the freezers. He grunted another unhelpful comment and then turned his back to start throwing more bread loaves around the shelves. A very rude and unhelpful person.
