My complaint:
I brought the xxl rump steak pack as a treat for my sons, but it was inedible I had to throw it away.
This cost me quiet a bit of money, and in times of hardship I could of spent my money on more meals
Suggested solution:
At least a voucher to the same amount spent on this meat that could not be eaten
