Lidl complaint: NO RETURN POLICY FOR ANY REASON

My complaint:

PURCHASED 2 BOXES OF SUGAR FREE ICE POPS MARKED AT $1.99 EACH. WHEN I ARRIVED I NOTICED I WAS CHARGED $3.47 EACH. WHEN I RETURNED TO THE STORE, I ASKED ABOUT RETURN’S AND WAS TOLD LIDL DOES NOT ACCEPT RETURN’S FOR ANY REASON.
THIS WAS FROM TWO DIFFERENT ASST. STORE MANAGERS. I ASKED IF I WAS EXPECTED TO ACCEPT THAT, I WAS AGAIN TOLD THERE POLICY IS NOT TO HONOR ANY RETURNS. I HAD TO RESORT THREATS IF I DID NOT RECEIVE A REFUND BEFORE THEY SAID THEY WOULD MAKE AN EXCEPTION. ALL THIS OVER $3.00. THERE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NON EXSISTENT AND THE ASST. MGRS. ARE IN DIRE NEED OF CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING. NEEDLESS TO SAY, I WILL NEVER AGAIN SHOP AT ANY LIDL STORES AND I WOULD ADVISE ALL TO INQUIRE ABOUT THERE RETURN POLICY.

Suggested solution:

ANY EMPLOYEE WITH ANY AUTHORITY SHOULD HAVE JUST GIVEN ME A CREDIT FOR THE $3.00 PRICE DIFFERENCE AS ANY OTHER SUPERMARKET WOULD HAVE DONE INSTEAD OF LOSING 3 CUSTOMERS OVER THIS. THEY SHOULD ALSO POST A SIGN THAT ALL AND I MEAN ALL SALES ARE FINAL WITH NO EXCEPTIONS. RIDICULOUS POLICY WHICH WONT LAST LONG IN NEW YORK NO MATTER THEIR PRICES. PEOPLE WILL NO BE MADE FOOLS OF.
