My complaint:

While my wife loaded the product to the belt, I was placing it in boxes at the other end the cashier would scan and load up the area buy him until he couldn’t scan any more then would turn on the belt and SHOVE not push the items to where I was. I asked him the second time he did it. “ these are not auto parts, it’s food items that I hope to eat” can you please not shove my food like that. His reply to me was if these were auto parts I would handle them much better? As he continued to do I got loader and I think the front end mgr. came over and I began to explain to him, and that’s when that PUNK KID said oh are angry cause your milk tipped over. Your front end mgr. said nothing to him, and I said if you worked for me your next scan would be the front door.
I guess what got me so mad is the mgr. not difusing it, and the PUNK KID never apologized. I’m retired now and when I was working this is not how a customer is treated.
When your store opened I was there and met Pat your store mgr, and said this seems like a nice operation. I used to go to ALDI and pass it each time I go to Lidl. I guess I won’t be passing by it any longer.

Suggested solution:

I think you should retrain this person, and let him train with a mgr. to see if he really wants to work for you, and most of all have the same desire to express your company’s message to the customers.
