My complaint:
I like to buy the Italian mineral water which they used to stock lots of when the store 1st opened then they started not getting any so I asked about it saying I would buy more if you would put it out. So for a while they would put a couple of cases out and that was better than none but when it goes on sale, they don’t stock any and tell me it has been discontinued or shipment isn’t coming. EVERY TIME! When the sale is over it is magically back on the shelf! WHY? Doesn’t matter, I buy a lot from your stores and would buy cases if they stocked it especially when it goes on sale but they don’t want to deal with it for some reason.
Suggested solution:
Stock the mineral water like they used to and stop lying about it being discontinued or we can't get it anymore! The employees were horrible when the store 1st opened but they have gotten some nice people in there lately, but still have stockers who give me or anyone a song and dance when the item goes on sale or I want more than a couple of bottles. They should tell the truth that's always best. Thank you Scott M
