My complaint:
I have a complaint about a member of staff you have working on your checkout at your Haverfordwest store. Abigail Evans is the most disgraceful person you could ever have working for you, her customer service is diabolical and she continually talks about her personal life for everyone to hear. I would also like to make you aware that I used to work with this woman in Haverfordwest Tesco and she had to be rehabilitated due to the fact that she kept stealing scratch cards from the customer service kiosk. She is well known to the police for assault cases and is a known thief. (Feel free to contact Tesco about this, they can the theft of the scratch cards).
Suggested solution:
It's more for your business that you should be aware of this woman, keep an eye on her because she will and more than likely has stolen from you company already. She should also be told to stop talking so loud about her private business (overheard talking to a male colleague). Myself last Wed and also by my daughter although I am unsure of the exact date of that.
