My complaint:
I was doing my shopping in my local Lidl store 10 minutes before you we’re due to close. One of the staff members approached me and told me that i need to put my belongings back and leave the store bearing in mind the store wasn’t due to shut for another 7 minutes. When I explained i still had time to do my shop he appeared to be very defensive and his approach was unacceptable. He told me I was not aloud to continue my shop and i had to leave immediately. If it was a problem me coming in i should not have been let into the store at all and should of been told at the doors. When i asked for his name he told me it was Paul and his badge said assistant manager and he refused to give me his last name. I was very upset and disappointed at this point as my shop had already equated to over £100 and i still wasn’t done. He asked me to leave and put my basket down which i did but in anger. I am outraged at this as I i come into the store more than 5 times a week and i now will not be entering again.
