My complaint:
i bought a deluxe joint of beef in heacham norfolk for a family celebration when cooked and tried to carve it it was full of gristle. In the packaging it looked fine untill half way through cooking it started to change shape.It started off as a roll and ended up as a lump.I had guests for dinner and the beef was not edible it completley ruined dinner and was embarassing as i had nothing else to offer as a alternative.I will be taking this back for a refund but that will not make up doe a ruined meal.I look forward to your comments.
