My complaint:

This is my 2nd lease, this time around Steve P from Lexus sold me my vehicle OVER THE PHONE. I am 1 12 years into the lease and have only put 8000 miles on the vehicle. During my purchase purchased scratch and dent warranty, I now have a tiny little scratch with this being said I am actually considering purchasing the vehicle, so I texted Steve P who btw texted me every-time I need maintenance. I simply wanted to know can I use the warranty now or is it there to protect me when I returned the vehicle. It took 14 days of me calling Lexus nonstop. I left messages for Jorge Garcel who NEVER returned my call. When I finally got a call back from some guy named Alex he didn’t acknowledge or apologize for their lack of professionalism. I am ABSOLUTELY sure when its time to renew my lease my phone will ring non-stop. Imagine you are an existing customer who may possible pay a car off and have a SIMPLE question. I was put on hold for 14 mins 47 seconds after calling for 15 days in a row only to have a leader call me back and glaze over my concerns.

Suggested solution:

My only resolution is when my lease is up give them back the car I would have paid off and go across the street and purchase me a Mercedes Benz. I have money and excellent credit which buys me OPTIONS AND CHOICES. I left the BMW family to come to Lexus of Pembroke Pines and be treated like GARBAGE. With that being said its only 5:23 am and I am going to the next website to alarm any future customers. Lexus these complaints are posted on complain biz.com
