My complaint:

I purchased my certified RX 350 in 2013 trading my LS IN TENNESSEE. The VIN 2T2BK1BA8AC037041. It had 42681 miles. We moved to Colorado and I serviced my RX at Stevenson Fredrick. In 2015 I had a problem and they indicated it need a new transmission with only 58000 miles. Lexus provided a refurbished transmission. I had to take it back to service two week ago because the service light was on. Once again they indicated the transmission needed to be replaced. This time Lexus indicated they would not provide any financial support since the warranty was applicable for the mile but, it had expired due to the time since the last install.

I have spoken to numerous Lexus service representatives and Transmission companies and each one said thane problems I have experienced are not right.

I am asking for Lexus to assist me in replacing my transmission with another Lexus refurbished one. Please help me.
