Lenovo complaint: Unsuccesful send of laptop and no reshippent possible soon

My complaint:

I am so regretful of buying a laptop from lenovo. My laptop got broken and I decided to buy a new one and wait for the shipment 3-4 weeks, because I wanted my laptop to have certain features. But after waiting this much their agreed delivery company (ups) decided my name is incorrext( although correct) and decided to return my computer back to lenovo(china?!?) Explaining everything and getting a satisfying answer feom both of the companies took many calls which I spend 15 euros by talking on the phone and they even can t call custumers. So at the end ups accepted to stop the resent of my package and bring it to me but lenovo was already filed a reaent and couldn t terminate. They wanted to send me the same computer (not the one on the way) but were really unclear how many days it ll take and every customer service manager told me different numbers of days that i should wait to get my computer. What I could understand at the end i need to wait 20 – 30 days to get my computer. Then I canceled my purchase after i had a stressful day, spent 15 euros and waited 30 days with a broken computer to get a new one from lenovo. Poorest support i got. They need to pay me back more than i the refund

Suggested solution:

Send me ordered laptop immidiately /or pay me more than the refund money
