My complaint:
I placed an order 4/30/23 for a new laptop. Delivery promised by 5/5 but 17 days later no delivery and product has not shipped. I contact customer support daily and get a run around with robotic responses that I will get an update in a day, which never happens
Suggested solution:
Deliver the product as promised
