My complaint:
It’s been more than a three years they are trying to repair their flagship ThinkPad P1 device. Motherboard was replaced 4 or 5 times. It keeps freezing and shuts down by itself. The warranty was extended, but they simply do not want to honor that. Every opened ticket receives an email with the request to call their customer service, which simply drops the call and closes the ticket.
Suggested solution:
Lenovo needs to respect their promises. I spent money for a total garbage which barely moves and never worked properly.
