My complaint:

My order was cancelled by seller after 1 week. Payment was made via Paynow. Was told refund method for paynow will take up to 3 days. 4 days later after numerous calls and e mail, they (Lazada) insisted that the refund was done.. WTF.
Even told me to call my bank, which i did.. and they (Lazada) requested a screen shot frm my bank statement wth for?
