My complaint:
28 APR when I cash in my money amounting 4230 to Lazada to pay my bills payment
But unfortunately Lazada cannot proceed bill payment due to system error
I wait till 01 MAY But this is my due date
So I withdraw my money
02 MAY money back to my LAZ WALLET
03 MAY withdraw again and agent said wait until 2 days
05 MAY called again and wait for another 3 days
10 MAY still my money BACK TO LAZ WALLET
As per supervisor he already raised my case so wait for 24 hours.
11 MAY still no MONEY refund to my E-WALLET
15 MAY still no response if when to withdraw my MONEY
Please help me to withdraw I need to pay my bills
NO ONE IN LAZADA CUSTOMER CAN HELP ME.
