My complaint:

This is so much of disappointment from all the buyers, poor service of your delivery, LEX. The orders were sitting in the logistic facilities for weeks, and you don’t even deliver the parcel. If you want to be in this Logistic Business, you should understand how this business works. if you could not cater for so many orders, please don’t only restrict Lazada sellers to only use LEX. At times, monopolizing the service in the thought of to earn more is not the best business strategy for you.

Suggested solution:

You should start to look at what are your logistic problems. Start to strategize in proper manner. Don't restrict sellers to only use LEX, instead, during this pandemic, online purchase is growing rapidly. If you do not have such a big head, don't wear such a big hat. I am representing all the buyers here and voice out our thoughts, look at the complaints against LEX!! it's extremely ridiculous that you are the champion of bad ratings, but you don't even care.
