My complaint:
The following customer service, Nasiah failed to understand seller requirements and misleading seller to amend the actual size of the parcel for the following case 2040000046945080.
From the master form I clearly mentioned the two orders(292510578076041 and 291396086136071) includes multiple items in each order and I
have attached pdf of each order, which mean after packing the sizes of the parcel are 84cm x 36cm x 32cm and 90cm x 40cm x 40cm respectively. However, Nasiah failed to understand the seller requirements and did not check the attachments from the master form. Hence, Nasiah provide misleading statement by requesting seller to amend the actual size of the parcel.
I am not satisfied with this customer service and this mistake is not the first time that I have experienced from LAZADA, Nicole from the following case id 2040000042715086 also failed to understand seller requirements and provide misleading statement for me to release my fund for a refund request.
