My complaint:

Myself (George Boylan and my friend (Everton Costa) (who was supposed to be getting married) booked our flights for the 27th of December to travel to Brazil. We had a connecting flight leaving from Charled De Gulle airport going to Sao Paulo GRU.

The morning of our flight we had an email from Latam stating out flight was cancelled. This was 12 hours before our flight was scheduled and we needed to catch our connecting flight bringing us to the Charles de Gulle airport.
When we arrived there we hoped someone from Latam would be there to talk to us and offer us an alternative flight leaving on the same day as this would have been the least Latam could do for our inconvenience. When we arrived there was nobody to talk to us about our situation so myself and my friend had to pay to stay at a hotel in Paris because your company cancelled our flight. Not even a food or accommodation voucher was provided to us. We tried to contact Latam numerous of times by phone, Facebook and email but nobody could help us. The flight was rescheduled for the following night which left us stranded for an additional 24 hours. All of this stress while my friend had his wedding to attend. To top off the bad serviced you gave us. The flight we boarded the following night had no food, no drinks or no services as Latam employees were on strike. This was a major inconvenience to myself and my friend and I would to be compensated for my troubles and all my expensive paid for as I would not have needed to spend this money if Latam had gave me my flight which paid for leaving Charles De Gulle on the 27th of December.

Suggested solution:

They should refund me the flight money (with compensation) and the additional expenses I had to make due to them not providing the flight that scheduled ( food and accomodation).
