My complaint:
I’m disabled housebound bedridden I lost my login with ladbrokes due to phone breaking I have not the memory I use to have but there’s 70 pounds in my account I need for food and heat ladbrokes are being nasty to me and won’t help I just want my own money
Suggested solution:
I want my money and account closed
