My complaint:
I have been a loyal customer for 40 years.betting at ladbrokes.the betting shop in marina drive in Ellesmere port.about 2 years ago had a refurbishment.with that all the bonuses linked to lucky 15 bets were taken away.then as I understood they were reinstated.i went to collect my winnings today 01/01/2024.from a lucky 15 placed on 28/12/2023.only to be told by Becky the cashier.that the 10 per cent bonus for getting 4 winners.did not apply .discussed at this I have been placing lucky 15 bets frequently.i did not understand what Ladbrokes were playing at .I told the cashier as from now I will place my lucky 15 bets with William hill.it will be Ladbrokes loss.driving customers away
Suggested solution:
Make clearly in Thier shops.a full list of all bets and any bonuses attached.so customers are not misled.another matter is the grid card.ladbrokes make it look like you get a lot more.this is false.all the grid card does is monitor what you spend.a manager has ed that
