My complaint:

Due to the passing of my husband I have reached out to ladbrokes regarding withdrawing the remainder of his account. I have sent all documents needed to them death certificate ect. Now they ask for his bank account details and a photograph of him. Why would you possibly need a dead man’s photograph and bank details ? when you register with ladbrokes they don’t ask for photograph identification so they have nothing to compare it to. I have tried all ways to contact them and resolve this issue, all I get is email addresses not used anymore. Phone numbers not in use. This is so unprofessional and would have thought there would be a bereavement team handling situations like this. I am looking to receive 300.07 from my late husbands account.

Suggested solution:

Pay the amount to me out of my late husbands account.
