My complaint:

Hello. My name is Atanas Sevdalinov. I registered with Ladbrokes on 25/11/2023. First I won 400 pounds and I withdraw to my account. Second time I won 600 and I made a withdrawal. A few minutes later, Ladbrokes sent me a message.The message says that I need to my documents. I have sent all the necessary documents. However, when I registered, I wrote the old address where I lived 3 months. My documents were improved with the exception of the address registration. I wrote to them that it was my mistake and I want to update the address.They asked for my utility bill, bank statement or payslip. I sent them bank statement and payslip. Then I received a message that they could not improve my address because the language was different and did not meet the conditions because is screen shot. Then I found an original in English language and sent it again. In response, I received that this message has been escalated and forwarded to another department for review.Then I got a message that my account was suspended and the money was taken. In my opinion, they have no right not to pay me an amount that I won. I want my winnings back.I don’t see a violation anywhere.I don’t like being made a fool of. Why didn’t they ask me for verification when I won my first money?Why didn’t they ask me for verification before I made a deposit?I want a promise.

If they don't want to open my account. I want money that I have earned to be transferred to me
