My complaint:
I joined LADBROKES after seeing there adds on racing.com o am in an Aged Care Facility with quite a few like minded People who like to have a Bet
But today was our last Straw with LADBROKES
The way they structue there Exotics especially there Exacta makes is difficult for Elderly people
SPORTBET for instance has only 1 selection per Horse for the EXACTA very easy to do
LADBROKES makes u having to do 1 and 2 this can b a problem for some of the Older People
After a situation where I missed not doing a 2 place with 1 of my Selections and missing the EXACTA our Group have decided to only Bet with SPORTSBET in FUTURE

TO LITTLE TO LATE WE HAVE LOST TRUST IN THERE SYSTEM
