My complaint:
I tried to login in and it said to speak to customer services, which i did.
They told me i have loads of accounts and they closed my account. I checked and i do have 4 other accounts which i don’t use which is coral,bwin,sportingbet and partypoker and if you look i have not used them for over a year or two. With Ladbrokes i did open a account over 7 years ago and then i closed it and only reopened it as i thought the company has got better.
Suggested solution:
I feel that ive been treated wrongly and just want my money which is in the account. I feel like ive been wronged and i have complain.biz to help me.
