My complaint:
Last night I placed a number of bets with Ladbrokes app online, for a change the evening was lucky for me with having a winning bets up. With not ever having a winning night on bets I took photos of the winnings, went to bed got up this morning tried logging into my Ladbrokes account on the app and I was blocked. From 7am this morning I’ve had live text with Ladbrokes 34 times all give me different excuses why I was blocked, eventually I was messaged saying that I self excluded myself from the Ladbrokes app until 2022 . I did explain that I’d won over three and a half thousand pound why would one self excluded one’s self with out taking the winnings. I’ve sent emails to Ladbrokes with statements and photos of my winning bets from last night 26-11-2020. I’ve not long since had a email reply saying that I self excluded myself “which I didn’t’ but no mention of my over three and a half thousand pound.
Suggested solution:
I’ve used Ladbrokes betting shops all my life in the past I’ve had Ladbrokes app but always got winnings but always lost more than I won but they always took my money. I had an evening of winning “very rare’ but to be treated like I’ve been treated today isn’t justified. I’ve not good health as it is with having emphysema since last year and a high dosage of antidepressants today as been a horrible day, I’ve used my blue inhaler nonstop today it’s been not right how a betting company like Ladbrokes treats a small stake punter.
