My complaint:
I was lucky enough to get 3 numbers on the irish lotto and won £1,252. The problem is they won’t pay out until I send them either a copy of my passport or drivers licence. I explained that I don’t have either and never had, but they won’t accept anything else. I sent them a copy of my bank card like they asked and also a PayPal screenshot. I did send a copy of my P60 hoping that would suffice but no. So do I really have to pay £75 for a passport that I won’t use?
