My complaint:
I setup the stop loss of a transaction at 3%, this morning I check my open positions and I see that the one with 3% stop loss automatically stopped at 17.4%.
I lost 14% more than what I decided, and the chat customer support said it’s normal…for me it’s crazy, I think they don’t know the meaning of the word stop loss
