My complaint:
Tried to make 2nd withdrawal, as we had made a deposit from 2 different wallets. (not sure why that is a problem). They don’t raise any queries when you’re doing this only when you wish to withdraw it. Completely unethical. They won’t discuss it reasonably, it’s a sham.
Suggested solution:
They could ask for other forms of verification, they could speak to the other party who was also a customer.
They could be reasonable, and actually discuss it.
