My complaint:
On May 4, 2021, I sent a small transfer of 0.08 BNB (about 50 USD at that time) to the wallet of the Kucoin exchange without specifying the memo. The support team responded to the request (610396) about the transfer of this money to my trading account during all the past 2 months with the same phrase about the manual processing of the transaction and its cost of 30 USD. In the last letter, I wrote that 0.08 BNB now costs less than a refund worth 30 USD.
As of June 29, 2021: the BNB rate is 307.67 USD x 0.08 BNB 24.6 USD approx.
Support’s last answer is that they are “truly sorry for the loss”. This is not a “loss” because the transaction did not hang in the blockchain but reached the exchange account, this is the appropriation of property.
Suggested solution:
The issue has not been resolved due to the inadequate refund cost for this transfer.
