KuCoin complaint: All Assets Missing

My complaint:

It has been over a week .Today is the 5th of July 2021.All my assets are missing from my Kucoin account and Kucoin support has been unable to understand anything. They keep sending me the same answer every time and their service is absolutely shocking. My assets are still missing, and they have no answers for me!!!

Suggested solution:

They should speak with their technical department or their IT department to understand what I am trying to explain to them and surely they will have the right answers, also they should assign one person to my ticket number (810334)instead of getting an email reply after many many hours by different people.

So that one person can understand the case better instead of me having to repeat my story over and over again and then getting the same reply
