My complaint:
I deposited some euros from debit card to kucoin but I never received it, I did exact as kucoin described but even after 10days I didn’t received anything.
I tried contacting numerous times with support team but they always says we transferred your ticket to specific team and they will contact you but it never happened,I checked with my bank they have received my money but they don’t bother to resolve my issue
