My complaint:
There was a previous sales tag left on the shelf so when I tell the person at self checkout what happens he sends someone to check if I was telling the truth th e employee returns with the tag in there hand and the first employee tells me I was lying
Suggested solution:
The should have tried explaining that it was accident not removed when that add ended. But telling me I was lying is a slap in the face
