My complaint:
Arrived at 10:48pm
Wouldn’t let me.
The gentleman at the door said they close down 10 minutes early because the register shuts down at 11pm.
Your hours are published open until 11pm.
I wasted my GAS,TIME for a useless visit because employees shutdown early. Also wanted to get deals before they went off sale at midnight.
I even asked if I could hurry and get sale items!
No because registers shutdown at 11pm. Is this true.?. They are self serve open only!!
I am very disappointed at this time. Let alone this store is lacking on cleanliness! I usually don’t shop at that location. Shopping carts all over the parking lot. And the man didn’t have any identification/clothing name tag as an employee!
Suggested solution:
Do what they say not what they do.
Open until time stated on doors/internet!
Let me purchase merchandise at Tuesday prices!
