My complaint:
Shopping in the produce section of this store and while pushing my cart down the aisle, store clerk blocked me from proceeding any further. So I stopped to wait for them to move and they completely disregarded my presence. When I commented “really?!” The clerk stood up and glared at me as I went down another aisle. When I asked what the problem was she made a howl sort of noise and continued to glare. I went to the customer service desk to speak with the manager to voice my complaint. The store manager, Mike, just looked at me with a smirk on his face. It seems this store doesn’t value its customers and treats older people with dismissive attitudes. I only frequent this store occasionally, but after todays experience I’ll never step foot in the place again.
Suggested solution:
How can you resolve an issue where managers who let their employees act so rude? When concerns are voiced they are smirking at you the entire time you are talking to them. I don’t want anyone to lose a job, but treatment such as this is unacceptable.
