Kroger complaint: Poorly run store

My complaint:

I have shopped at this Kroger for over 30 years and I have never experienced such a poorly run store. Cashier that is normally there Monday mornings-older woman with salt and pepper hair rude-ignored me for 5 minutes while she spent time stocking cigarettes. The staff that was bagging brought the fact that I was waiting to her attention and she said I know she is waiting but I need to get this done too. This store has now decided to move everything around prior to a remodel and most people cannot find what they are looking for even using a sheet they prepared. Today I waited in line for the U Scan and when it was my turn went to register only to be yelled at by 2 employees asking if I had waited in line when they were the ones telling me to go to register 4. I will be going to Meijers from now on.
