Kroger complaint: Unacceptable wait time

My complaint:

I placed an order with instacart for 5 items and I kept getting delay after delay, I had ordered something from the deli and it took so long the deli closed and I could not even get the item and that is unacceptable to me because I placed my order at 5:30pm and it is 8:45 pm and I still don’t have my order. That is just ridiculous and unacceptable something needs to be done about this.

Suggested solution:

I should be reimbursed for my order and het a gift card to get my item I ordered from the deli.
