My complaint:
About two weeks ago my yahoo mail went down for a week and Kraken had me jumping through hoops for 10 days and a dozen back and forth using my old gmail account and a new protonmail account. Take a picture of you and your id. No good, new rules, hold your id with a written statement, still no good. I got my yahoo back four days ago and they are sending advice. Nothing works. I added folders to receive reset codes. For some reason they will not give me access. More safety measures needed but I need to get to my account to do that. A catch 22 or corrupt little punks.
Suggested solution:
Let me easily open my account and then I can change to a two tier sign in and change my password.
