My complaint:
On May 8th I did a transfer from my cryton account to kraken. At that time I transfer 173.00 dollars. In a matter of few minutes I gain 308.96. On May 18 I decided to claim my assest. Well all of sudden all those assets were gone. I have been in contact with 26 emails. They have asked me to check my email address. And username. I did that. Then all of sudden I couldn’t get into kraken. They block me out. They told to wait 48 hours. Which I did. The kraken support team then asked me to send a picture of my government ID and a signed piece of paper and date. It’s very frustrating and they have me going around in circles. Kraken then told to contact cryton. Which I did. I contacted ariana from cryton and she went the extra mile for me. Ariana told me that kraken has the funds. But kraken keeps on sending me emails. And it’s different representative. All I want is to claim my assets and close the account. Please help me

Kraken support team should just send my assets. And close the account. Have kraken look at there micro. And give me the funds that belong to me
