My complaint:
This is the 2nd formal complaint against kraken. On August 19,2022. I wanted to withdraw 308.00 as my assets. The kraken support team said there is no funds.if they can look at the assest screen. It says it’s under review. Also the transaction details. It shiw it there too. Al I want it my assets. The kraken support team that they are closing the account. They don’t even care to look at those screens. I have sent various screenshot of there own website . All I want 308.00. That’s it
Suggested solution:
Give me my assets 308.00. And then close the account
My ratings of there support team is very poor. They are unable to help. They repeatedly said. There isn't no funds. Look at you database and check August 19,2022. On assets and transaction details. It's easy. Give me my 308.00 and that's it
