My complaint:
Hello,
I’ve been waiting for a week to receive two payments I sent to Kraken using their British bank. Today I contacted support to ask what the cause of the delay is and they said my account is flagged, without explaining why. They now want me to do the whole KYC again and even send them more info including handwritten notes, list of all the devices I ever used and even more dubious requests. This is very unprofessional. They have my info, nothing changed. I do not wish to once again go through the tedious procedure and send my private info over the internet yet again, especially to a company that seems to lose it.
I have money hanging in limbo somewhere, money that should have been in my account long ago, and I can’t withdraw from my account that which is already there either. They are hijacking my account and money.
