My complaint:
The service is so bad one teller for kiwi bank. One for post shop. The line is out the door you have to get in line of post shop but you want kiwi bank. The young girls don’t know what they are doing half the time. It makes me want to leave kiwi bank.
Suggested solution:
Better service. Separate the 2 business.
