My complaint:
Unfair application of credit card insurance and unfair closure of all my accounts having to get another bank to take my accounts on also no money for at least ten days as had no bank account for a sickness benefit to go into and also bank sending debt to bay Corp before a application for insurance was processed so has affected credit rating to purchase items.I am sending this on advice of complaints biz.
Suggested solution:
Reimbursement fully of money spent on premiums as didn't get the opportunity to put a claim application in.
