My complaint:
Terrible experience. They sell plane tickets without analyzing the connection feasibility. They do not care about the customers making sure that you getting to the final destination. I lost my connection on the last leg because the layover was one hour, and the terminals were 6 km apart and the check in for the last destination was at least one hour before departure. I spent the night in the airport and force to buy a new ticket without being reimbursed.
Please stay away from this SCAM agency.
